Jasmine Garcia


Jasmine grew up in Mexico and Oregon. She completed her B.S. in Biology and minored in Chemistry at the University of Oregon. After graduating, she worked as a research assistant in Dr. Robert Guldberg’s lab in bioengineering before coming to UCSF. She is interested in microbe-host interactions and is excited to be living in the Bay Area. Outside of lab, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, hanging out with friends, doing yoga and traveling.
